摘要
目的 研究室温固化甲基丙烯酸甲酯调合物各聚合反应期单体释放量及释放规律为临床制作临时冠桥及口内应用自凝塑料的安全可靠性提供参考。方法 用高精度电子天平测量定量自凝甲基丙酸甲酯调合物在各期单体释放量,并与橡皮期加热处理组单体释放量进行比较。结果 不加热处理组到橡皮末期单体释放量占释放总量的31 % ,其后24 小时为61 % ,加热处理组到橡皮末期释放量占总释放量的58 % ,其后24 小时为34 % 。经统计学处理表明加热组与不加热组在橡皮期及硬固后第一天单体释放量有显著性差别。结论 用间接法制作临时冠桥并进行热处理。
Objective This test was to measure the amount of releasing MMA of self-curing acrylic plastics.Methods To measure the amount of releasing MMA of self-curing acrylic plastic for different periods of self-curing process,and to compare the releasing amount of MMA released finally from the two groups:heated and nonheated.Results The nonheated group released 31% of MMA released finally until the hardening period,next 24 hours released 61%.The heated group released 58% of MMA released finally,the next 24 hours,34%.After the hardening period,both of the two groups released less amount of MMA from the plastics.Conclusion Indirect method of making temporary crowns by heating may reduce the amount of releasing MMA.
