目的 探讨功能矫治器 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类错牙合的临床技巧及作用机理。方法 通过临床治疗１１ 例病例， 介绍 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类病人的适应证与非适应证、采取咬合重建的原则与方法、矫治器制作要点、临床技巧。结果 证实 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 能有效地矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类错牙合。结论 Ｂｉｏｎａｔｏｒ 是一种简便的、有效的矫治Ⅱ类１ 分类功能及形态的功能性矫治器， 只要病例选择合适， 疗效非常显著，

Objective The aim of this study was to discuss c1inical skill and mechanism of Bionator applied to the treatment of Class Ⅱdivision 1 malocclusion.Methods 11 cases with C1ass Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion were inclded and indications,nonindications,the principle and method of bite construction,fabrication of appliance introduced. A typical case was reported. Results\ Bionator was very effective on improving both function and profile for Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. Conclusion Bionator is a simple,effective functional appliance for Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion. As long as cases are selected properly,the result is very excellent. It can be wide1y used domestically.
