The meaning of emotion encourage in vocational education is using encourage effect to achieve the target of student＇s education, due to the teacher＇s concern of some kind of thinking and behavior. This paper analysis the character of students＇ psychological behavior in vocational school, then clarify the important effect of emotion encourage, and investigate definite measures of emotion encourage at the work of Teachers in Charge of Classes in Vocational School.
