提高农民法律意识 加快农村法治文明进程

一直以来,我国农民的法律意识不容乐观,主要存在权利意识淡薄、法律知识匮乏、以政代法思想根深蒂固等问题。究其原因,主要是传统文化弱化了农民的法律意识、农村经济滞后了农民法律意识及农民利益诉求失败损害了农民法律意识。当前时期,提高农民法律意识,加快农村法治文明进程,我们需要从以下方面努力:一是完善社会主义市场经济,使法律成为农村农民生活的内在需求,二是有针对性地开展农村普法活动,三是完善农村立法,为农民的合法权益提供法律上的保障。

At the moment, to increase legal awareness of farmers and speed up the process of legal civilization in rural areas, we need to effort aspects below： First, perfecting socialist market economy; second, carrying out target-oriented law Publicity in the countryside; third, perfectting countryside legislation and providing the safeguard for farmer＇s legitimate rights and interests.
