摘要
本文从当前高校节约型校园建设工作开展的现状入手,从理念认识不到位、组织机构不健全、目标规划不明确、资金缺口大等方面分析制约深化节约型高校建设的诸多因素,有针对性地提出了转变理念、强化管理节约、依靠技术进步、多元化融资、创新节约教育等若干深化节约型高校建设的思路与举措。
