摘要
研制了一种新型高强度铸造铝合金,并对该合金的热处理工艺进行了研究。结果表明,该合金最佳固溶处理工艺为515℃×10h水淬;最佳时效处理工艺为160℃×2h。在此热处理制度下,该合金获得优良的综合力学性能:Rm≥380MPa,δ≥6%。
The new cast Al alloy with high strength was researched,its heat treatment process were studied.The results show that the best heat treatment process of the alloy is solution treatment at 515 ℃for 10 h,then water quenching,aging at 160 ℃for 4 h.Under the condition of heat treatment process,the new Al alloy has the best mechanical properties:Rm≥380 MPa,δ≥6%。
