摘要
尝试了使用遥感数据估算传统的干旱监测指标——月降水量距平百分率。首先利用TRMM(Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission)月降水速率产品求取1998年~2008年7月份和8月份的降水总量,进而利用月降水总量数据计算2006年7月、8月和2007年7月、8月的月降水量距平百分率。将TRMM数据计算的月降水量距平百分率与中国气象局提供的地面站点观测数据进行比较。比较结果表明,由TRMM数据计算的月降水量距平百分率总体上与站点观测数据没有显著差异。由TRMM数据计算月降水量距平百分率可作为旱情监测的有效手段。
The traditional drought monitoring index,monthly Precipitation Anomaly Percentage(PAP),is experimented to calculate using remote sensing data.First,the monthly rainfall in July and August of the year 1998~2008 was derived from the TRMM monthly precipitation rate products,then used the monthly rainfall to calculate the monthly PAP in July 2006,August 2006,July 2007,and August 2007.The monthly PAP which were calculated using TRMM data were verified with the observed data from China Meteorological Administration.The comparisons indicate that the PAP is not obviously different from the observed data.The monthly PAP which is calculated using TRMM data can denote drought fairly well.
