松果体细胞致密芯颗粒释放入细胞间小管 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察松果体细胞分泌颗粒是否释放入松果体细胞间小管,以探讨松果体细胞间小管构成松果体内部特殊的管道系统并承担转运功能.方法:运用透射电镜观察12只2月龄Wistar大鼠松果体浅部.结果:Wistar大鼠松果体浅部存在细胞间小管,松果体细胞内大型致密芯颗粒非常少见.在松果体细胞内、贴近细胞间小管壁处观察到有膜包被的大型致密芯颗粒,颗粒被膜与细胞膜部分融合,形成"Ω"形状,开口于细胞间小管.结论:松果体细胞间小管是松果体内的特殊管道系统,松果体细胞分泌物可释放入细胞间小管转运. Objective: To explore whether the intercellular canaliculus is a special duct for transport activities by direct morphological observation of hormone granules released from pinealocyte into intercellular canaliculus. Methods: The superficial pineal gland of Wistar rats was observed using transmission electron microscopy. Results: Ultrastructural studies showed that there existed intercellular canaliculus formed by the exact opposition of two shallow gutters of the surface of adjacent pinealocytes in the rat pineal gland. One large dense core vesicle attached the inner face of the plasma membrane of intercellular canaliculus in "omega" shape. Conclusion: The pineal intercellular eanaliculus is a special kind of the duct for pineal hormone transport activities.
