摘要 目的:探讨皮肤基底细胞癌(basal cell carcinoma,BCC)中β-catenin和Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达与BCC发生发展的关系。方法:采用免疫组化方法检测BCC组织切片中β-catenin和Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达。结果:48例BCC标本中β-catenin蛋白的异常表达率为91.67%,Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的表达率分别为89.58%、62.5%,且Bcl-2与Bax蛋白的表达呈负相关。结论:β-catenin和Bcl-2、Bax蛋白的异常表达在BCC的发生、发展中起重要作用。 Objective:To study the expressions of β-catenin,Bcl-2,Bax in basal cell carcinoma(BCC),and to explore the roles they played in BCC development.Methods:The expressions of β-catenin and Bcl-2/Bax proteins were examined by immunohistochemical staining in 48 cases of BCC.Results:The rate of abnormal expressions of β-catenin was 91.67%.The positive rate of Bcl-2,Bax in BCC were 89.58% and 62.5%,respectively.There was inverse correlation between the expression of Bcl-2 and that of Bax.Conclusion:The abnormal expressions of β-catenin and Bcl-2,Bax play important roles in BCC development.
