锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折

Locking plate for femoral intercondylar fracture

目的探讨锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折的临床疗效。方法应用锁定钢板治疗股骨髁间骨折20例。结果患者均获随访,时间7～48个月。全部骨性愈合,时间6～9(7.5±1.05)个月。1例骨折8个月后愈合,出现膝关节活动障碍。无血管、神经损伤,膝关节无内、外翻畸形,内固定物无松动或断裂等并发症。采用Merchan方法评估疗效:优6例,良10例,中3例,差1例。结论锁定钢板是根据骨骼的特定部位的解剖形态制作,用于治疗股骨髁间骨折操作简单,固定可靠,便于早期锻炼,是一种疗效较好的生物学固定方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effects of treatment of femoral intercondylar fracture using locking compression plates.Methods 20 cases of femoral intercondylar fractures were treated with locking compression plates.Results All the cases were followed up for 7-48 months and they all got bony union in 6-9 months,average（7.5±1.05）months.1 case healed after 8 months and occurred limitation of knee joint movement.Postoperative complications did not include the damage of blood vessels and nerve,genu varum and genu valgum.There also were no fixation loosening and plate breakage.According to Merchan＇s criteria,the surgical result was evaluated as excellent in 6 patients,good in 10,fair in 3 and poor in 1.Conclusions The locking compression plates are manufactured to the contours of the particular bone segments.For femoral intercondylar fractures,it is simple operation,reliable fixation.It allows early movement of the knee after the operation,and is beneficial to the rehabilitation of the knee.It is a kind of biological osteosynthesis.
