腕关节镜技术辅助治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折

Wrist arthroscope-assisted treatment of intra-articular distal radius fracture

目的探讨腕关节镜技术辅助治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效。方法采用腕关节镜技术辅助、结合内外固定治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折患者13例。患者主观症状用疼痛标尺法测量。腕关节功能按Sarmiento改良的Gartland-Werley计分法评价。结果 12例获得随访,时间9～24个月。骨折愈合时间为5～8周。患者疼痛计分1.0～3.0(1.5±0.7)分;腕关节功能优6例,良5例,一般1例。结论应用腕关节镜技术辅助治疗桡骨远端关节内骨折复位可较好地解决维持桡骨关节面高度和恢复关节面平整的问题,最大程度地恢复关节功能。

Objective To explore the results of treatment of intra-articular distal radius fractures assisted by wrist arthroscope.Methods 13 cases of intra-articular distal radius fractures were treated with wrist arthroscopy combined with internal and external fixation.The subjective symptoms of the patients were evaluated with the pain ruler and wrist function was determined using the systern of Gartland-Werley modified by Sarmiento.Results 12 cases were followed up for 9-24 months.The healing time was from 5 to 8 weeks.The pain scale was 1.0～3.0（mean 1.5±0.7）.The function of wrist was excellent in 6 cases,good in 5,and fair in 1.Conclusions Arthroscope-assisted treatment of intra-articular distal radius fractures can solve the problem in maintaining a high degree of articular surface of radius and restoring the step-off and gap of the articular surface,thus achieve maximal functional recovery of the wrist.
