Mucin-producing cholangiocarcinoma: one case report and literature review

产粘蛋白胆管细胞癌是一种临床少见的胆管肿瘤,以大量胶冻状黏液积聚在扩张的胆管内为特征,临床表现为梗阻性黄疸和胆管炎。本文总结1例患者的临床资料,并结合国外文献报道,探讨其诊断和治疗,以提高临床医师对该病的认识水平。

Mucin-producingcholangio carcinoma is a rare tumor in bile tract.It is characterized by a large number of jelly mucus in the dilated bile duct with clinical manifestations of obstructive jaundice and cholangitis.We summary the clinical data of the patient and foreign literatures in order to improve the understanding level of mucin-producing cholangiocarcinoma for clinicians by discussing the diagnosis and treatment.
