摘要
目的探讨放置时间和温度对Beagle犬血浆凝血指标测定的影响。方法 Beagle犬血浆分别放置于室温(25℃)和冷藏(4℃)条件下,于不同放置时间(0,2,4,6h)采用Stago全自动血凝仪测定凝血酶原时间(PT)和活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)。结果雌雄动物间PT、APTT检测结果在不同放置条件下均未见显著性差异。在室温(25℃)条件下,PT和APTT在4h内稳定;在冷藏(4℃)条件下,PT在2h内稳定,APTT在4h内稳定。结论 Beagle犬的PT和APTT测定应在室温条件下4h内完成。
Objective To observe the effect of different preservation temperatures and times of Beagle dog′s plasma on coagulation measurements.Methods By using STAGO automatic coagulometer analyzer,the prothrombin time(PT) and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT) of the Beagle dog′s plasma stored at different temperatures[room temperature(25℃) and refrigeration(4℃)]and different time points( 0,2,4 and 6 hours)were determined.Results The value of plasma PT/APTT had no significant difference among females and males under any preservation conditions,so did value of PT and APTT preserved at room temperature in 4 hours and the value of PT and APTT preserved at refrigeration temperature in 2 and 4 hours,respectively.Conclusion The plasma should be preserved at room temperature and the PT and APTT of the plasma should be deteminated in 4 hours.
