特发性节段性大网膜梗死六例临床分析

摘要 特发性节段性大网膜梗死（idiopathic segmental infarction of the greater omentum,ISIGO）是一种急性大网膜血供障碍性疾病,在临床上极为罕见,多考虑与网膜静脉内皮受损致血栓形成有关.由于该病的临床表现和医技检查结果无明显特异性,故术前较难确诊,易出现误诊、漏诊.我们对1995年12月至2008年12月共收治特发性节段性大网膜梗死患者6例,现报告如下.
