单针射频消融治疗肝癌切除术后肝断面肿瘤复发 被引量：2

摘要 肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC）切除术后肝断面肿瘤进展发生率高,是影响HCC疗效的重要因素之一.射频消融（radiofrequency ablation,RFA）是治疗HCC常用的微创手段.传统的伞状和星状消融针是通过扩张集束电极针进行消融,消融灶为圆形,不适宜肝断面肿瘤进展的治疗.近两年来,我们用UniBlate微泵可伸缩单针RFA系统治疗HCC术后肝断面肿瘤进展6例,现报告如下.
