摘要
为了解胸膜肺炎放线杆菌(APP)不同血清型间的差异基因,本研究采用代表性差异分析(RDA)方法,筛选APP血清1型CVCC259株和血清5型CVCC263株的差异基因。经BLAST分析和Southern blot验证,分别获得CVCC259株的8个和CVCC263株的12个特异基因片段。本实验为APP感染和致病机制的研究奠定基础。
To study the genomic differences among the serotypes of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae,representational difference analysis(RDA) was used to determine the differential genomic DNA between strains CVCC259(serotype 1) and CVCC263(serotype 5).Eight differential fragments were obtained from strains CVCC259(serotype 1),and 12 differential fragments were obtained from strains CVCC263(serotype 5),including genes of capsular polysaccharide,O-antigen biosynthesis,bacteriophage and putative sugar transferase.These genes could be targeted in the future research in the pathogenic studies and the development of a multivalent vaccine against A.pleuropneumoniae.
