鼻部手术中联合应用利多卡因与布比卡因的麻醉效果观察

Anaesthesia effect of mixed solution with lidocaine and bupivacaine on patients undergone nasal surgery

目的观察鼻部手术中联合应用利多卡因与布比卡因的麻醉效果。方法 81例鼻部手术患者,联合应采用2%利多卡因与0.75%布比卡因进行局部浸润麻醉,比例为2:1,分析其麻醉效果。结果麻醉效果非常满意51例(62.9%),满意30例(37.1%),总有效率100%。结论鼻部手术中联合应用利多卡因与布比卡因混合溶液,麻醉起效快、作用强、维持时较长,是一种安全、有效的局麻方式。

Objective To observe the anaesthesia effect of mixed solution with lidocaine and bupivacaine on patients undergone nasal surgery based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 81 cases undergone nasal surgery under local anaesthesia with a mixed solution with 2% lidocaine and 0.75% bupivacaine in a proportion of two to one. Then, an analysis was made to evaluate the anaesthesia effect on these cases. Results The anaesthesia effeet was evaluated as excellent among 51 cases （62.9%） and as significant among 30 （37.1%）, with a total satisfactory rate of 100%. Conclusion The mixed anaesthesia solution with lidocaine and bupivacaine can be satisfactorily used in the local anaesthesia during nasal operation as a safe and effective anaesthesia procedure, with such advantages as getting to an anaesthesia status quickly, showing a stronger anaesthesia effect and maintaining a longer period of anaesthesia for operation performing.
