摘要 顺铂(cDDP)能进入癌细胞的细胞核,干扰DNA的复制,是一种广谱、有效的抗癌药物,其疗效与用药剂量成正比,但cDDP的严重肾毒性是限制临床应用的主要因素,其肾毒性机制仍不十分清楚。本研究是在碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(basic fibroblast growth factor,bFGF)对顺铂所致的肾小管上皮细胞损伤具有保护作用的基础上[1],进一步开展在体研究。
