摘要
目的研究64层CT长骨扫描和后处理参数对多平面重组(MPR)图像质量的影响,探讨最佳参数。资料与方法采用64层CT不同的扫描与重组参数获取直接扫描的横断面图像及后处理的横断面及长轴面的MPR图像。对图像质量进行评分,并进行统计学处理。结果对于长骨CT的MPR图像,薄层厚、大螺距的组合优于大层厚、小螺距组合,最佳参数为层厚0.6mm,螺距1.5,重组间隔50%,骨算法重组。结论不同的扫描与后处理参数对长骨CTMPR图像质量有明显影响,上述最佳参数可使64层CT在最短时间内以最小的球管损耗显示最佳的长骨MPR图像。
Objective To study the effect of scanning and postprocessing parameters to the image quality of long bone multi-planar reconstruction by 64-slice CT and to find the optimal parameters. Materials and Methods Different parameters of scanning and post-processing were used to obtain direct-scanning transaction images and post-processing transaction and long-axial MPR images.The images quality was evaluated and compared,the scores were analyzed statistically. Resu-lts For long bone CT MPR images,the parameters of a smaller slice-thickness together with a larger pitch was better than that of a larger slice-thickness together with a smaller pitch,the optimal parameters were slice thickness 0.6 mm,pitch 1.5,reconstruction increment 50%,high-resolution algorithm. Conclusion The quality of long bone CT images can be greatly influenced by scanning and post-processing parameters,and the above optimal parameters make it a reality to get best long bone images in the shortest time with the least X-ray tube exhaustion by 64-slice CT.
