超声斑点追踪显像评估慢性压力超负荷对兔左室功能的影响

Evaluation of the effect of chronic pressure overload on rabbit's left ventricular function using two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography

摘要 目的:应用超声斑点追踪显像(STE)评价腹主动脉缩窄性高血压左室肥厚兔和舒张性心力衰竭兔模型的左室纵向、径向、圆周应变及扭转运动。方法:34只雄性新西兰兔随机分为3组:假手术组(对照组,n=10),左室肥厚组(LVH组,n=12),舒张性心力衰竭组(DHF组,n=12)。LVH、DHF兔以肾上腹主动脉缩窄的方法建立,模型建立后测量左室应变及扭转,并行左室导管检查。结果:LVH组纵向应变(LS)减低,DHF组的LS和径向应变(RS)均减低,LVH组的左室峰值扭转角度(Ptw)增加,差异有显著统计学意义,DHF组的Ptw仅有增加趋势。结论:STE可准确评价慢性压力超负荷对兔左室功能的影响。 Objective:To assess left ventricular longitudinal,radial,circumferential strain and twist in rabbit models of left ventricular hypertensive hypertrophy and diastolic heart failure induced by abdominal aortic constriction using two-dimensional speckle tracking echocardiography(STE).Methods:Thirty-four male New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into three groups:sham-operation group(control group,n=10),diastolic heart failure group(DHF group,n=12) and left ventricular hypertrophy group(LVH group,n=12).LVH and DHF were induced by suprarenal abdominal aortic constriction.After rabbit models were established,left ventricular strain and twist parameters were measured by STE.And left ventricular catheterization was performed.Results:Compared with sham-operation group,in LVH group,only longitudinal strain decrease significantly,in DHF group,longitudinal and radial strain both decreased significantly.Ptw increased significantly in LVH group,but increased nonsignificantly in DHF group.Conclusions:STE is useful in evaluating left ventricular performance in pressure-overload rabbit.
