摘要
目的探讨磁共振扩散加权成像(DWI)在脊椎结核病中的特征表现、ADC值范围及其诊断价值。方法对15例正常志愿者45个椎体和17例患者45个病变椎体及17个椎旁脓肿行DWI并测量表观扩散系数值(ADC值),分析病变椎体与正常椎体DWI信号特点,并进行统计学分析。结果正常椎体、病变椎体及椎旁脓肿的ADC值分别为(0.36±0.08)×10-3mm2/s、(1.26±0.18)×10-3mm2/s、(1.80±0.11)×10-3mm2/s,病变椎体组与正常椎体组之间存在统计学差异(p<0.05)。结论 DWI分析及ADC值测量对脊椎结核病的诊断提供一定的参考信息,但仍需结合常规MRI图像综合诊断。
Objective To investigate the DWI features、score of ADC value and the valve of diagnosis in spinal tuberculosis.Methods Diffusion-weighed MR imaging and measurement of apparent diffusion coeffecient were performed in 15 normal cases and 17 patients with 45 vertebrals and 17 abscesses.Results The mean ADC value of normal vertebralr is(0.36±0.08)× 10-3mm2/s.The mean ADC value of the lesions vertebral and cold abscesses in spinal tuberculosis is(1.26±0.18)×10-3mm2/s and(1.80±0.118)×10-3mm2/s,respectively The difference between the mean ADC values was significant(p0.01).Conclusion Diffusion-weighed MR imaging is useful to a certain degree in diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis,but it need to combine with routine MRI.
