降低Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开术术后视网膜脱离发生率的临床探讨

Reduction of Incidence of Retinal Detachment after Neodymium∶YAG Laser Capsulotomy:a Clinical Investigation

目的探讨降低Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开术后视网膜脱离发生率的措施。方法对行Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开患者491例620只眼进行分析。术前查眼底发现视网膜周边部格子样变性25只眼(4.0%),无症状视网膜裂孔2只眼(0.32%)。对这些有视网膜脱离潜在因素的患者行氩离子激光光凝术,然后行Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开术。术后1 h、3 d,1周,1、3和6个月随访患者,观察视网膜脱离的发生率。结果术后半年内所有患者无一例出现视网膜脱离。结论术前排除或治疗视网膜脱离潜在因素可降低Nd∶YAG激光后囊切开术后视网膜脱离的发生率。

Objective To investigate whether the incidence of retinal detachment after Nd∶YAG laser capsulotomy may be reduced by removing and curing the potential factors of retinal detachment before operation.Methods A total of 620 eyes with Nd∶YAG laser capsulotomy were studied.The fundus was examined before the posterior capsulotomy,the retinal lattice degeneration was diagnosed in 25 eyes（4.0%） and the asymptomatic retinal breaks were also presented in 2 eyes（0.3%）.The patients with the potential factors of retinal detachment were cured by argon laser before the operation.We observed the incidence of retinal detachment at 1 hour,3days,7days,1month,3 months and 6 months after the operation.Results No case had retinal detachment in this study.Conclusions The incidence of retinal detachment after Nd∶YAG laser capsulotomy may be reduced by removing and curing the potential factors of retinal detachment before the operation.
