摘要 目的比较不同水质和饲料对兔动脉粥样硬化形成的影响。方法 3月龄新西兰雄兔28只,按体质量随机数字表法分为4组:自来水+普通饲料组、纯净水+普通饲料组、自来水+高脂饲料组、纯净水+高脂饲料组,每组7只,共饲养26周。每月检测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、apoA、apoB、MDA、NO水平和SOD活性。实验结束时检测血清ET-1和Mg2+水平,并观察肝脏、心脏及主动脉弓的病理学变化和计算动脉粥样指数(AI)。结果自来水+高脂饲料组血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、MDA、ET-1水平与纯净水+高脂饲料组比较均升高(P<0.05),NO和SOD降低(P<0.01);高脂饲料组均出现典型粥样硬化斑块,其中自来水组AI高于纯净水组[(4.40±0.75)vs(4.18±0.77),P<0.05]。结论高脂饲料背景下长期饮用自来水比饮用纯净水更易促进兔动脉粥样硬化的发生。 Objective To compare the effect of different water and diets on atherosclerosis lesion formation in rabbits.MethodsTwenty-eight 3-month-old New Zealand male white rabbits were weighted and randomly equally divided into 4 groups,with 7 rabbits in each group,and were fed respectively with tap-water and basic feedstuff,purified-water and basic feedstuff,tap-water and high-fat diet,and purified-water and high-fat diet for 26 weeks.The blood concentrations of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,apoA,apoB,MDA,NO and total activity of SOD were measured every month.At the end of the experiment,the blood concentrations of ET-1 and Mg2+ were measured,and the histopathological changes of the liver,heart,and aortic arch were observed and atherosclerotic index(AI)was calculated.ResultsIn comparison with the tap-water and high-fat diet group,levels of serum TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,MDA,and ET-1 were significantly increased(P0.05),and NO and SOD were significantly decreased in purified-water and high-fat diet group(P〈0.01).All high-fat diet groups had typical atherosclerotic plaque,and purified-water groups' AI was higher than tap-water group [(4.40±0.75)vs(4.18±0.77),P〈0.05].ConclusionAt the background of high-fat diet,drinking tap-water for a long time is more likely to result in the atherosclerosis lesion formation than drinking purified-water.
