血浆c-Fn与原发性脑出血早期血肿扩大关系的初步研究 被引量:2

The relationship between plasma c-Fn level and early growth of intracerebral hemorrhage

摘要 目的探讨原发性脑出血(ICH)患者血浆中细胞纤维连接蛋白(c-Fn)浓度与早期血肿扩大(EHG)的关系。方法入选发病6h内ICH患者59例,健康对照30例。用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血浆c-Fn浓度,根据发病后颅脑CT扫描及(24±3)h的第2次CT测定的血肿容量和血肿扩大情况分组。结果 19例患者发生血肿扩大,血肿扩大组血浆c-Fn浓度高于相同血肿容量非血肿扩大组。结论 ICH早期(<6h)血肿扩大患者外周血血浆c-Fn浓度高于非血肿扩大患者。 Objective To explore the relationship between plasma cellular fibronectin(c-Fn) concentrations and early growth of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods 60 patients with an intracerebral hemorrhage within 6 hours from the onset of symptoms and 30 healthy subjects were included.Plasma c-Fn concentrations were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELASA) in blood samples obtained on admission.Patients had a computed tomography(CT) scan performed at baseline and at(24±3) hours,and were divided according to a baseline volume and a volume increase.Results Early growth of intracerebral hemorrhage was observed in 19 patients(32.20%).Plasma c-Fn concentrations had significant difference in the early hemorrhage growth(EHG) group and the non-EHG group concerning the patients with same baseline hemorrhage volumes.Conclusions Plasma c-Fn concentration of the EHG group in the early acute phase of ICH is higher than non-EHG group.
