摘要 目的通过观察LF托槽在最小摩擦力结扎时诱导型热休克蛋白70(HSP70)在正畸牙牙髓组织中的动态表达特点,研究LF托槽对牙髓组织的影响。方法采用免疫组织化学方法观察LF托槽最小摩擦力结扎时对活髓牙髓组织正畸前、正畸后4、15 d内诱导型HSP70在牙髓组织中的动态表达。结果 HSP70的表达在牙髓组织受力早期呈强阳性,随后表达逐渐减弱,至14 d为弱阳性。结论 LF托槽在早期排齐过程中对牙髓组织是安全有效的。 Objective To investigate HSP70 expression during orthodontic tooth movement and the safety of LF appliance.Methods LF bracket was placed in an orthodontic tooth.The teeth were extracted at 4,15 d,and the samples of experimental teeth with pulp tissue were prepared for immunohistochemical examination of HSP70 expression.Results Moderate expression of HSP70 in pulp ligment was observed at 4d after orthodontic force,weekening positive at 15d.Conclusions Pulp ligment was safe in LF bracket different stages during orthodontic tooth movement.
