43例口腔黏膜下纤维性变血液流变学的研究

Clinical treatment observation of hemorheology examination of 43 cases of oral submucous fibrosis

目的了解口腔黏膜下纤维性变(oral subumcous fibrosis,OSF)患者血液流变方面的情况变化。方法采用常规的血液流变学检测方法,对OSF患者的血液流变结果与正常值进行观察分析。结果 43例OSF患者的血液流变学40例出现异常。结论提示OSF患者需做血液流变检查和在治疗时应作降脂、降粘的综合处理。

Objective To understand the observation of the oral subumcous fibrosis（OSF）and patient′s blood rheology in order to give oral submucous fibrosis（OSF） patients a better therapy.Methods Using the conventional method of testing hemorheology,we observed the results of the OSF patients′ examination.Results 40 of 43 patients with abnormal hemorheology had been tested in the experiment.Conclusions The results of the study indicated that the OSF patients needed hemorheology examinations before their treatment and lipid-lowering therapy and the viscosity reduction should be integrated with their treatment.
