摘要
论述了轴流式风力灭火机用高速轴流风机气动设计的基本思想,结合孤立翼型和平面叶栅的经典理论对影响轴流风机性能的主要结构尺寸和气动性能参数进行了气动设计,重点探讨了轴流叶轮的叶型截面几何形状和中线方程,通过在风机性能测试实验台上进行的空气动力性能试验得出了该轴流风机的气动性能曲线,试验结果表明所设计的轴流风机基本满足轴流式风力灭火机的工作要求。
The basic idea of aerodynamic design of high-speed axial-flow fan for the axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher is discussed.This article makes an aerodynamic design on the main structural size and aerodynamic performance parameters affecting the performance of axial-flow fan by combined the classical theory of isolated airfoil and plane cascade.The paper puts the focus on the leaf-type cross-section geometry shape and the center line equation of axial-flow impeller.The aerodynamic performance curve of axial fan is presented through fan performance testing in the fan aerodynamic performance experimental platform.The result shows that this designed axial-flow fan basically meets the requirements for the axial-flow pneumatic extinguisher.
