摘要
目的:探讨肝组织中血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1(AT1)的表达与纤维化分期的相关性。方法:应用免疫荧光法检测35例肝组织中AT1的表达,并在荧光显微镜下分别对各检测样本随机选择10个视野(×200),进行AT1表达的阳性细胞计数。结果:镜下观察每个视野F0~F3期肝纤维化组织中AT1荧光表达阳性细胞的数量分别为F0期:0;F1期:36.31±8.56;F2期:48.62±10.70;F3期:90.66±13.50。F3期与F0、F1、F2期比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),F2期与F0、F1期比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肝纤维化形成的过程中,AT1受体的表达水平与肝纤维化分期有明显的相关性。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor(AT1) and the Hepatic fibrosis staging. Methods: By immunofluorescence technique,AT1 in liver tissues of 35 cases was studied. In these cases,the numbers of the cells on which AT1 was detected were counted under fluorescence microscope. Ten visions were randomly selected in each case. Results: Every visual field was oberseved under light microscope which can enlarge 200 times.The counts of positive cells in the tissues of fibrosis F0~F3 were 0,36.31±8.56,48.62±10.70 and 90.66±13.50 respectively. AT1R positive cells in F3 was highly significant than that in F0,F1,or F2(P0.01) ,and significant difference was also found when F2 compared with F0 or F1. Conclusion: During fibrosis,the expression of AT1 are closely related to the hepatic fibrosis stag-ing. This indicates AT1 may plays a major role in activation and proliferation of hepatic stellate cells in the process of hepatic fibrosis.
