胎儿巨膀胱-小结肠-肠蠕动迟缓综合征超声表现1例
摘要
孕妇,23岁,孕1产0.孕妇配偶有吸毒史.孕38周首次来我院作产前超声检查.超声显示：胎头位于耻上,胎儿头颅、脊柱、四肢均未见异常,胎盘位于前壁,羊水最大深度79 mm,羊水指数179 mm.
