胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝合并消化不良的疗效

Efficacy of pancreatin enteric-coated capsules in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver in patients with dyspeptic symptoms

目的探讨胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗酒精性脂肪肝患者合并消化不良的疗效。方法 76例酒精性脂肪肝同时合并有消化不良症状患者,随机分成对照组和治疗组。治疗组41例用易善复治疗脂肪肝的同时应用胰酶肠溶胶囊治疗,服药时间2周;对照组35例,单用易善复治疗,观察两组的治疗效果。结果腹胀、粪便异常获得改善的总有效率治疗组优于对照组[(90.3%vs.54.1%)、(93.2%vs.58.8%)](P<0.01);食欲减退、排气增多改善的总有效率治疗组也高于对照组[(79.2%vs.52.0%)、(83.6%vs.62.5%)](P<0.05)。结论胰酶肠溶胶囊对于酒精性脂肪肝患者引起的消化不良具有良好的治疗效果。

Objective To study the efficacy of pancreatin enteric-coated capsules（Creon） in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver in patients with dyspeptic symptoms.Methods Seventy-six patients with alcoholic fatty liver combined with dyspeptic symptoms were randomly divided into two groups of treatment（group A,41 cases） and control（group B,35 cases）. The patients in group A took both essentiale forte N（polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules） and Creon for two weeks and those in group B were given essentiale forte N alone for two weeks.The therapeutic effects were recorded.ResultsThe total effective rates of improvements in abdominal distension and fecal abnormalities in group A were 90.3% and 93.2%,respectively,which were higher than 54.1% and 58.8% in group B（P0.01）.So did the total effective rates in the improvements in the loss of appetite and exhaust increase （79.2% and 83.6% for group A vs. 52.0% and 62.5% for group B）（P0.05）.Conclusion Creon has a good therapeutic effect on the indigestion caused by fatty liver.
