摘要
目的探讨肺腺癌组织中血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)mRNA的表达与外周血微转移的关系。方法应用RT-PCR方法检测33例肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA和外周静脉血中CK19 mRNA表达变化。另选10例正常人外周血为对照。结果 33例肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA的阳性率为78.79%(26/33),外周血CK19 mRNA的阳性率为57.58%(19/33);10例正常人外周血无CK19 mRNA阳性表达。肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA的表达与淋巴结转移和病理分期密切相关;VEGF mRNA高表达者与VEGF mRNA低表达者CK19的阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论肺腺癌患者组织中VEGF mRNA表达和淋巴结及血行转移关系密切;联合检测肺腺癌组织中VEGF mRNA和外周血CK19 mRNA的表达有助于评估肺癌转移、病理分期及预后。
Objective To investigate the relationship of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) mRNA expression with micrometastasis in peripheral blood. Methods The expressions of VEGF mRNA in lung adenocarcinoma tissue and CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood were detected by RT-PCR in 33 patients with lung adenocarcinoma(group A).The expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood was detected in 10 healthy adults as the control (group C).Results The positive expression of VEGF mRNA was 78.79%(26/33) in lung adenocarcinoma and that of CK19 mRNA was 57.58%(19/33) in peripheral blood in group A.The expression of CK19 mRNA in peripheral blood in group C was zero.VEGF mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma was closely related to pathological stage and lymph node metastasis.CK19 mRNA expression was significantly different between the patients with high and low expression of VEGF mRNA(P0.05).Conclusion The VEGF mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma is closely related to lymph node and hematogenous metastasis.Combined detection of VEGF mRNA expression in lung adenocarcinoma and CK19 mRNA expression in peripheral blood is helpful in evaluating metastasis,pathological stage and prognosis in patients with lung adenocarcinoma.
