摘要
中学生的主观幸福感是中学生心理健康教育关注的重要问题。本文分别介绍中学生的主观幸福感的研究现状,幸福感包含的结构以及幸福感的测量工具。探讨了影响幸福感的自我因素、家庭因素、社会因素,以及生活事件所带来的影响。认为可以从,实施情感教育,加强心理健康教育,创造公平自主的学习环境,建立良好的亲子关系等角度改善中学生的幸福感。
Subjective well-being is the key concern of middle school student' s mental health education. The paper briefly reviewed the latest development of subjective well-being study, its structure and tools of measurement. Also discussed in the paper are the influencing factors of self, family, society and life events. Finally, we propose that middle school students' subjective well-being can be improved by implementing affective education, giving emphasis to education of mental health, creating a fair school environment, building a sound parent-child relationship.
