大学生专业类型对就业预期和毕业意向的影响

The Types of the Undergraduates' Major Influence on their Employment Expectations and Intentions

对上海地区17所公办高等院校的3780名在校本科生进行采样调查,覆盖八种专业类型,以分析本科生专业类型以及对所学专业的认可情况对毕业意向、就业预期的影响。结果表明,学生对目前专业教学工作基本满意,但需加强实验课程力度。学生在专业挑选上缺乏技巧与指导,入校后都希望有机会学习其它专业。高校专业设置与市场需求不匹配,生涯辅导机会的缺乏,表现出某些专业学生在就业预期上的悲观。而那些就业预期高的专业,六成以上的学生毕业意向为参加工作。

Sampling Questionnaire survey was applied among 3780 undergraduates from 17 public universities in Shanghai, and the sample covered 8 types of major. To investigate the types of the undergraduates＇ major which influenced on the employment expectations and intentions. The investigate result discovered that, undergraduates were satisfied with the major teaching, but not the experimental course. They lacked the professional skills and guidance when they made the choice of the major, so all of them wanted to have the opportunity of studying other major after they en- tered. The setting of the major didn＇t match the market demand, and undergraduates acquired little Career counseling, so undergraduates of some major felt pessimistic on employment. On the opposite, above 60% of undergraduates on the high level of employment expectations were willing to work after they graduated.
