摘要
目的编制警察归因方式问卷方法应用自编警察归因方式问卷和自尊量表对108名警察进行测定。结果探索性因素分析确定了问卷题项包括正性工作成就、正性人际关系、负性工作成就、负性人际关系四部分;内在—外在、持久—暂时、整体—局部三个维度之间的相关系数低于各维度与总体指标的相关系数;自尊量表得分与正性事件各维度存在非常显著的正相关,与负性事件各维度呈负相关;各维度及总体指标的α系数在0.626~0.812之间。结论该问卷具有较为理想的信效度,可作为测评警察归因方式的评估工具。
Objective To develop Attributional Style Questionnaire of policmen. Methods 108 policemen were measured by Attributional Style Questionnaire of policmen and Self-Esteem Scale. Results Explorative factor analysis identified the questionnaire consiting of four parts: positive achievements, positive relation- ships, negative achievements and negative relationships; The correlation coefficients among the three dimensions of Internal-External, Stable-Unstable, Globle-Specific were lower than the correlation coeffi- cient between the dementions and the overall index ; Self-esteem scores correlated positively to evey demention in positive events while correlated negatively to evey demention in negative events ;The α coefficients of dimensions and the overall index were between 0.626 - 0.812. Conclusion The questionnaire had satisfactory reliability and validity. It should be an effective tool of attributional style testing.
