关中地区农村房地产发展现状及对策研究

农村房地产是乡村社会经济与自然和谐发展的物质载体,体现了一种生活方式及与这种生活方式相关的经济关系和文化形态。基于关中地区社会经济、生态环境及风俗文化等方面显著的同质性,对关中农村房地产的概念、特征及存在问题进行分析研究,提出"生态文化,市场功能,城乡互动,县乡聚集"的发展对策。
