外籍人士在杭州生活满意度及其需求分析

本文从微观角度出发,通过问卷、访谈方式,调查在杭外籍人士对杭州日常生活环境、休闲娱乐环境、投资就业环境、教育医疗环境、公共设施和自然环境六个方面的满意度及其需求。调查发现,外籍人士对杭州日常生活环境评价最高,对休闲娱乐环境评价最低,生活中遇到的最大困扰是语言沟通障碍,建议增加英文提示牌、进行中西方文化差异介绍等。

From a microscopic point of view,this paper did in-depth investigation of foreign community in Hangzhou by questionnaires and interviews.Focusing on the daily living environment,leisure and entertainment environment,investment and employment environment,education and health care environment,public facilities and natural environment,this paper made detailed analysis of foreigners＇ requirement in Hangzhou,also this paper made evaluation of foreigners＇ satisfaction towards Hangzhou city.The results shows that foreigners in Hangzhou satisfy with daily living conditions most and they are unhappy with the leisure and entertainment environment most.The greatest difficulties encountered in their life is the language barrier.It is strongly proposed to increase the English tip cards and make more cultural difference introductions.
