摘要
洛阳分公司为了使汽油满足国Ⅲ标准,准备将焦化汽油掺到催化裂化柴油中进行加氢精制。分析了由此给加氢精制装置带来的问题,如分馏塔顶部冷却系统负荷能力偏小、反应器上床层温度过高、催化剂易结焦和失活、新氢和加热炉燃料气消耗增加等。针对这些问题,提出了增设分馏塔顶水冷器和原料油过滤器、提高氢油比、混氢点前移、增设加热炉吹灰器、催化剂分级装配等措施,以利于加氢精制装置的平稳运行。
SINOPEC Luoyang Company plans to produce Euro-m gasoline by blending coker gasoline into FCC diesel hydrotreater feed. The associated problems are analyzed such as smaller capacity of overhead cooling system of fractionator, higher top bed temperature of reactor, easy catalyst coking and deactivation, increased make-up hydrogen and heater fuel consumptions, etc. Effective measures are proposed to solve these problems, such as addition of fractionator overhead water cooler and feed oil filter, increasing hydrogen to oil ratio, upward movement of hydrogen mixing point, installation of heater soot blower and cascade loading of catalysts, etc, which are favorable for reliable operation of hydrotreating unit.
