摘要
过去高校党校干部教育培训工作取得了很大成效,积累了丰富的经验。新形势下进一步提高干部培训的实效性,必须以改革创新精神,从"针对性"、"实效性"和"可操作性"等方面深入进行。首先,确保"两个需要",即党和国家发展的需要和干部个人自我完善的需要,坚持分类指导,加强干部教育培训的针对性。其次,从加强学风建设、突出能力培养、改善培训模式等三个方面着力提高培训的实效性。再次,通过建立分工合作的培训机制、完善的考核评估机制,真正实现可操作性。
The Training of university cadres in Party school has achieved a lot.To further enhance the training results in new situations,we should carry through on "pertinence","effect" and "operability" aspects.Firstly,we should ensure the "two needs"(need of the party and the country's development and the individual need of self-improvement)and give different guidance to different categories in order to improve the pertinence of training.Secondly,we should strengthen the effect from three aspects:strengthening the atmosphere of study,emphasizing capacity development and improving training modes.Last,in order to raise the operability,a co-operation training mechanism and a perfect assessment mechanism should be established.
