An Economic Analysis in Blind Diversification

运用经济学原理,揭示了企业追求高投资边际报酬和受静态的市场均衡状态迷惑而陷入盲目多元化的误区,给出了"投资缺氧期"的概念。依据企业战略定位原理,从突破投资缺氧期、深刻领悟聚焦法则和准确把握多元化的契机三个方面,提出了突破盲目多元化陷阱的对策。

This article highlights the factors that lead to blind diversification：enterprises seek for higher rate of marginal invest return and are puzzled by static market equilibrium.The concept of stage of anoxic investment is then given.Based on the theory of strategic position,strategies of breaking through blind diversification are proposed from three perspectives：breaking through the stage of anoxic investment,understanding the rule of focusing and seizing right opportunity of diversification.
