摘要
论文在分析高校科技创新能力现状的基础上,对构建多样化的科技创新平台问题进行了探讨,提出了以加强高水平实验室、学科交叉、大学科技园、中外联合研究机构、高新技术产业开发区、产学研结合、军校结合为载体的科技创新平台建设,提高高校自主创新能力与核心竞争力的具体做法。
This paper analyzes the present conditions of college scientific and technological innovation platforms and offers strategies in setting up the platforms.We should build advanced laboratories,enhance interdisciplinary studies,develop science and technology parks,carry out collaborative studies home and abroad,encourage industry-university-institute strategic alliance and find more opportunities for army-university cooperation.
