高血压脑出血内科保守治疗的疗效及护理

目的：观察高血压脑出血内科保守治疗的疗效及护理效果。方法：56例高血压脑出血患者均采用内科保守治疗，根据是否实施护理干预措施随机分为观察组和对照组各28例，比较两组的疗效及护理效果。结果：观察组的优良率明显高于对照组，两组疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。观察组治疗后的并发症发生发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论：通过系统、细致的护理，可以使患者身体尽快恢复，增强患者的治疗信心，提高临床疗效，降低患者术后并发症的发生率，患者预后好。

Objective： To observe the conservative treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage in the efficacy and care effect. Methods： 56 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients were treated with medical therapy, depending on whether the implementation of nursing interventions were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 28 cases were compared the efficaey and care effect. Results： The group of excellent and good rate was higher, the difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈0.05）. Observation group complications after treatment were significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The system, meticulous care, patients can make the body to restore and strengthen confidence in the treatment of patients, enhance clinical efficacy, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, patients with good prognosis.
