摘要
目的:了解蜂蜜的营养与保健作用,为蜂蜜的开发与应用提供依据。方法:收集了43篇近三年蜂蜜的相关资料,并进行分类、整理、归纳、总结。结果:蜂蜜营养丰富,含人体必须的多糖、单糖、酶、蛋白质、维生素、微量元素。具多种保健作用,如:修复溃疡面、润肠通便、杀菌、助睡眠、助消化、抗衰养颜、通便、防癌、润燥、增强免疫力、降血脂等。结论:蜂蜜具有良好的开发应用前景,可制成保健食品、药膳制品、营养品以方便使用。
We study the role of nutrition and health benefits of honey for providing the basis for the development and applieation of honey. Methods: We have eolleeted, classified, organized and summarized 43 honey-related information. Results: The nutrient-rich honey contains the reqired polysaecharides, monosaccharide, enzymes, protein, vitamins and trace elements in human. It has a wide range of health effects, such as: repairing of ulcer face, laxative, baeterieidal, helping sleep, aid digestion, anti-beauty, anti-cancer, moisturizing, enhancing immunity, lowering blood lipids and so on. Conclusion: The honey has good prospects for the development and applieation can be made of health food products, foods products, nutritional supplements which are faeilitated to use.
