摘要
目的：探讨在常规西医治疗的基础上加用加味六味地黄汤治疗难治性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法：入院的64例难治性肾病综合征患者均为根据用药情况随机分为观察组32例，对照组32例。两组均给予强的松1rag／（kg·d）激素治疗，同时免疫抑制剂、钙剂、胃粘膜保护剂等？观察患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用加味六味地黄汤，比较两组的临床疗效及肾功能指标变化情况。结果：观察组的有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。观察组患者治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、尿素氮、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯分别于对照组比较有显著改善（P〈0．05）。结论：在常规西医治疗的基础上加用加味六味地黄汤治疗难治性肾病综合征疗效好，明显改善患者的肾功能，减少或减轻副作用的发生，值得临床广泛推广和应用。
Objective： To explore the basis of conventional therapy plus Liu Wet Di Huang Tang Jia Wet treatment of nephrotic syndrome in. Methods： The admission of 64 patients with nephrotie syndrome were randomly divided into two cases according to medication group of 32 eases, 32 cases of the control group. Two groups were given prednisone 1 mg / （kg ？ d） hormone therapy, and immunosuppressants, calcium, gastric mucosal protective agent. Observed in the control group were treated based on the use of Modified Liu Wet Di Huang Tang, compare the clinical efficacy of renal function in the two groups were observed. Results： The observation group was signifi- cantly higher efficiency, the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. The patients 24h after treatment, urine protein, serum albumin, total protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine, cholesterol and triglyceride in the control group were significantly improved （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Based on conventional therapy plus Liu Wet Di Huang Tang Jia Wet treatment of nephrotic syndrome is good, significant improvement in renal function, reduee or mitigate the occurrence of side effects, is worthy of wide dissemination and application.
