超声诊断在妇科急腹症的临床应用

目的探讨超声诊断在妇科急腹症中的应用价值。方法选择2008年10月～2010年6月期间我院收治的妇科急腹症患者94例，采用超声的方法进行检测，并与手术和病理的确诊结果进行比较分析。结果与手术和病理检查相比，超声诊断符合86例，诊断符合率为91．49％，误诊8例，误诊率为8．51％。其中3例异位妊娠误诊为急性盆腔炎和卵巢子宫内膜异位，2例早期流产误诊为黄体破裂，2例黄体破裂误诊为异位妊娠，1例急性盆腔炎误诊为子宫穿孔。讨论为了使患者尽早的得到有效的治疗，采用超声的方法对妇科急腹症进行诊断，在临床上具有十分重要的价值：

Subject To probe of the clinical value of ultrasound diagnosis for gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods Select October 2008 - June 2010 in our hospital during the 94 patients of gynecologic acute abdomen, using ultrasonic methods for detection and diagnosis with the surgical and pathological results were compared. Discussion For patients to get effective treatment as soon as possible, using the method of uhrasonic diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen, of great clinical value.
