近视患者LASEK和LASIK明视下眩光失能值比较的临床研究

摘要 目的:比较近视患者准分子激光上皮下角膜磨镶术(LASEK)和准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术后眩光失能值的差异,从而评价两种术式的视觉质量。方法:对2010年2月20日~2010年4月15日行准分子激光近视矫正术患者31例(62眼),手术方式由患者决定。在术前、术后1个月、术后3个月分别进行对比敏感度、眩光敏感度检查,然后计算得出眩光失能值。结果:LASEK和LASIK两组患者,手术前、后对比敏感度、眩光敏感度、眩光失能值均存在差异性。术后1个月时两组患者均出现对比敏感度下降,其中LASIK组在低中频区下降更明显,且在该空间频率处LASIK组眩光失能值明显大于LASEK组(P<0.01),但在术后3个月时两组对比敏感度、眩光敏感度、眩光失值均有恢复,与术前相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:术后早期在眩光失能值方面,LASEK组在低频区优于LASIK组。 Objective:To compare glare disability in myopic patients that underwent laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK)and laser epithelial keratomileusis(LASEK).Methods:Thirty-one patients(62eyes)that chose to accept either LASIK or LASEK by themselves to treat myopia during 20th February,2010 and 15th April,2010 were studied including 13 patients(26 eyes)unerwent LASEK and 18(36 eyes)underwent LASIK.The contrast sensitivity and glare sensitivity were tested before surgery,one and three months after surgery for calculating the value of Gglare disability.Results:Under glare conditions,contrast sensitivity,glare sensitivity and glare disability for those underwent LASEK or LASIK were different from the status before surgery.One month after surgery,the contrast sensitivity of both group declined,and it was more obvious in low and medium frequency for those accepted LASIK,similar results was shown when compared with their counterparts(P〈0.01);while 3 months after the surgery,glare sensitivity and glare disability of the both groups restored to the normal range,no significant difference was found comparing with the preoperative status(P〉0.05).Conclusion:LASEK shows better glare disability outcomes in low frequency during the early stage after surgery comparing with LASEK.
