具有生物标记功能基团的稀土配合物的合成与荧光性质研究 被引量:3

Synthesis and Fluorescence Properties of Rare Earth Complexes with Biolabeling Groups

摘要 设计合成了均苯三甲酸单缩N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺单缩乙二醇酯双功能螯合剂(TEN)及其与稀土离子形成的配合物,通过元素分析、稀土滴定确定了配合物的组成为:RE(TEN)2.[OH].mH2O.nNH3,[RE=Eu3+,Tb3+;TEN=C15H13O9N]。配合物的红外光谱表明,配体TEN中的一个羧基与稀土离子配位。荧光光谱实验表明,两种稀土配合物的荧光强度较高,有明显的特征荧光。配合物中的N-羟基琥珀酰亚胺具有与生物分子连接的能力,因此合成的配合物在生物标记功能材料方面具有潜在的应用前景。 Two novel rare earth complexes of Eu(Ⅲ) and Tb(Ⅲ) perchlorates with TEN had been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis and coordination titration analysis.The results indicated that the composition of these complexes was RE(TEN)2··mH2O·nNH3,[RE= Eu3+,Tb3+;TEN= C15H13O9N].IR spectra indicated that the carboxy group of TEN was coordinated with rare earth ions.Fluorescence spectra showed that two rare earth complexes presented high fluorescence intensity.N-hydroxysuccinimide in rare earth complexes had the ability to connected to biomolecules.Therefore,the rare earth complexes had potential applications in biolabeling.
