摘要
利用Gleeble-1500D热模拟试验机,模拟分析了变形量对U71Mn、U71MnRE重轨钢轧制变形组织的影响;研究了RE元素对重轨钢的影响。实验结果表明,在模拟条件下,由于稀土元素的影响,U71MnRE重轨钢较U71Mn重轨钢的显微组织粗大且强度降低。
Influence of deformation on distortion organizations of U71Mn and U71MnRE heavy rail steels under different deformation conditions and effect of elements RE on dynamic recrystallization of U71Mn and U71MnRE steels were investigated by Gleeble-1500D thermal simulationma-chine.The experimental results showed that U71MnRE heavy rail steel has coarser microstructure and lower strength than U71Mn heavy rail steel.
