摘要
目的确定药用活性炭灌肠剂的最佳工艺条件。方法采用L9(34)正交设计方法,考察药用活性炭灌肠剂的制备工艺。结果最佳工艺条件为用0.5%羧甲基纤维素钠及2.0%羟丙基纤维素作为增稠剂。结论该实验结果可靠,最佳工艺条件有助于增强药用活性炭的稳定性。
Objective To determine the best technic for medicinal charcoal clysma preparation.Methods The procedure was optimized by orthoral test,L9（3^4）.Results The best preparation for medicinal charcoal clysma was A2B2,using 0.5% CMC-Na and 2.0% HPMC as thickener.Conclusion The optimized technic is credible,and can be used to promot the stability of medicinal charcoal clysma.
