摘要
针对MTO环境下钢铁产品质量控制管理的流程及特点,界定了产品质量控制管理广义过程的概念。进而提出了基于广义过程集成的钢铁产品质量控制管理新模式,建立了MTO环境下钢铁产品质量控制管理体系结构模型。介绍和分析了运用该质量控制管理模式的关键技术方法以及案例企业的应用绩效情况。与传统的产品质量控制管理模式相比,该模式具有全流程、多角度整合的新特点,为MTO型钢铁制造企业提升生产过程质量控制管理水平、持续改进和提高产品质量提供运作管理模式的支持。
The concept of product quality control management generalized process was defined,while the flows and characteristics of steel product quality control management were analyzed in MTO environment.A new mode of steel product quality control management was proposed based on generalized process integration.The framework model of steel product quality control management was built for MTO environment.The key techniques of this mode were recommended and application performance of this mode was described.Findings of the study indicate that the new mode is different from traditional modes,and it can integrate dispersed manufacturing resources more efficiently.It can provide operations management mode support for enhancing process quality control management level and improving product quality in MTO steelmaking enterprises.
