摘要
针对有临时订单的作业车间订单管理问题进行了研究,首先在详细描述问题的基础上构建了数学模型,然后提出了三种改进的POLCA系统,设计了用于确定最优POLCA卡数量的遗传算法,最后运用matlab软件对无负荷控制法、CONWIP、POLCA、POLCA1、POLCA2和POLCA3等六种作业车间订单管理方案进行了模拟实验,仿真结果表明,三种改进POLCA系统,尤其是POLCA2和POLCA3系统,可以显著降低总成本、减少在制品数量并使各机器的负荷更加均衡。
This paper focuses on order management in job shop environments and takes rush orders into consideration.The mathematical model for the special problem with rush orders is constructed.Secondly,we improves the original POLCA system using three typical WLC methods and then employs them to handle orders in job shops.A genetic algorithm is designed to determine the optimal numbers of POLCA cards.Finally,the thesis uses matlab7.0 to simulate six experimental programs,including the method without any workload control,CONWIP,POLCA,POLCA1,POLCA2 and POLCA3.The simulation results show that,these three improved POLCA systems,especially POLCA2 and POLCA3,significantly reduce the total cost and the level of work-in-process,and balance the workload of machines better.
